Errazuriz estate carmenere wine - 750ml
Beautiful deep purplish-red in color, this wine opens with notes of sweet spice and a bit of chocolate, followed by a layer of black fruit that builds alongside varietal notes that recall black pepper, soy sauce, and roasted red pepper. Flavorful and intense on the palate, with excellent typicity and notes of smooth tobacco and graphite on the finish. Balanced texture with firm, sweet tannins and refreshing acidity that foretells its excellent cellaring potential. 2010 vintage rated 89 points by Wine Enthusiast.
