Placing an order / Exchange and return

1Carefully pack the goods in the original wrapper as a complete set (goods sold as sets should be returned in sets).
2Fill in an application for return of an item by filling our contact us page form.
3 State the order number and let us know a reason for a refund, define the method of refund (Cash to the recipient, PayPal, Pesapal) etc.
4 Submit the details. Our orders department will get Intouch with you.
5 Alternatively, you can inform us of that by sending an email to info@eshopuganda.com.

Reasons for goods return and exchange

Customer has a right to return the Goods (The Goods can be returned in case they didn't meet your expectation, a problem with the order, its consumer properties etc. At eshopuganda.com, we make every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please email us at info@eshopuganda.com or fill a form on the contact us page.
To return the goods, you have to send us an email or submit details via our contact us page proving the fact and conditions of the purchase, and fill in the application for the goods return.

How to Place an Order
We've designed the eshopuganda.com website to make it quick and simple for you to place an order. After you've found the flowers, gift baksets, groceries or cakes you want to send, click on the item name or image and follow the instructions below. 
1. Shop From a Variety of Categories 
Occasion, Product Category or Price - or search by a specific keyword or item number. 
2. Select Your Product and Choose Your Preferences 
On the product information page, select how you would like to customize your gift. For example, in some instances, you will be asked whether you want to send your gift as shown or in a deluxe or premium arrangement, or you may have the option to include something extra with your gift like a vase, gift card text, delivery date. When you choose an arrangement from our Flowers in a Gift collection, we'll ask you to enter your recipient's address or phone contact so that we can guarantee that the florist in their neighborhood will be able to deliver the order. 
Once you have selected from the preferences, click Add to Cart. Your gift bouquet will be stored in your personal shopping cart, and you can either continue browsing by clicking on Return to Shopping or proceed to Checkout. 
3. Proceed to checkout 
When you are ready to check out, click on the Shopping Cart link at the top of the page, and then select Checkout. You are now on the Log In page, and you will be asked to enter your e-mail address. If you are a returning shopper, enter your password. If you are a new shopper, just click on the Continue button. You will have an opportunity to create a password later in the checkout process. 
4. Provide recipient delivery information 
After you log in, you will be asked for the recipient's delivery information. This information will allow us to ensure that your bouquet is created by an experienced florist in the recipient's neighborhood. At this time, you can also create a personal message for your card. 
5. Provide your billing information
You will be asked for your billing address. eshopuganda.com  uses the best software available for secure commerce transactions such as PayPal, Pesapal etc. Please review our Security and Privacy policy for more information.
6. Review your order 
Review the details of your order, and click the Place Order button. Your order will be received by eshopuganda.com, and a neighborhood florist will begin creating your arrangement.
7. Save your confirmation
eshopuganda.com will send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you indicated at Log In. Please save this e-mail for future reference.

Service Charge
A service/delivery fee is applied to all flower and plant orders delivered in Uganda. The base service fee is subject to change.
Delivery Policy
Every eshopuganda.com gift bouquet is personally hand-delivered by an industry professional, and we make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Most of our products can be delivered the same day. To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received before 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday and before 12:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays in the recipient's time zone. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.
Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Recipient Not Home
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when the neighborhood florist attempts a delivery, they will either:
Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time.
